Requirements:
~ Male, Maximum  30 years old
~ D3/S1 degree in Engineering ( Mechanical / Metallurgy / Mechanic Technology ) from reputable University
~ Having more than 5 (five) years experience in Manufacturing Engineering especially in Forging, Casting and Machining
~ Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) or Japanese would be very helpful
~ Having an excellent skill in leadership
